EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At RoleCosplay.com, we stand behind our product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and

exchange policy within 30 days of receipt. Please see our guideline below for details.

 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item(s) purchased from RoleCosplay.com, simply contact our email rolecosplay@gmail.com, contact us or submit a return or exchange form.

You can return the product, unused and unworn, within 30 days after receiving the delivery.

 

1. Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.

2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.

3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving.

 

1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.

2. All custom-made items can not be returned or exchanged.

3. If you return part of the costumes, the payment can not be refunded.

4. Worn, used or altered items can not be returned.

5. The clearance items can not be returned for a refund.

 

We aim to offer services that will benefit all of our loyal customers. All of our worldwide customers can return to the RoleCosplay warehouse.

Please always Contact Us prior to returning the items.

1. For the refund and replacement of no quality damage, the return shipping fee shall be undertaken by the customer.

2. The specific return fee needs the customer to contact the local post office to calculate. We recommend you use the cheapest registered

airmail method that is available.

 

Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:

1. If your item is returnable (see above), pls contact rolecosplay@gmail.com , provide the following info:

        ·Order number

        ·SKU number or product name

        ·Reason for return

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 48 hours and provide you with our return address.

3. Please return the item according to our instructions and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within a week.

 

  

Note:

1. As for the replacement, we will send you the new set again free of shipping fee.

2. The return process may cause transportation risks and customs clearance problems. Once problems occur, we cannot handle the return process normally. Please consider carefully before refunding/exchanging.
