About our Tohru wig, our parter have something to say – Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid
Since april I am having my Tohru wig from Miss Kobayashis Dragon Maid and I‘ ve collected a lot of different experiences with it. Good ones and bad ones. The wig was sponsored by @Rolecosplay and I received it without any complications.

Tohru Wig
1. The description of the wig, which already said it is for Tohru from Miss Kobayashis Dragon Maid, was on point. The picture shown there, ressembles the wig really good, so you don’t need to be afraid of a wig which is completely differen. The shop is honest with the customer. Rolecosplay has a pretty good offer here, because the price of about 22€ for this wig is more then okay. The wig is from a very new and popular anime. The price is more then justiyfied for this wig.
2. The wig arrived really fast. It was delivered in a plastic package and also secured ( see unboxing video). For me the colours of the wig were the first positiv impression. The wig is really bright and colourful and also the colour also the colourgradient is very fluent. The wig in general is divided in main wig and in two clip-on plaits. The plaits are as thin as shown in the anime and also attached to very tiny hairclips. The main wig part is adjustable to your head. It is very detailed and in addition to the length of the plaits is just right and fits perfectly to the character of the wig.
3. Now for the shooting I need to say that we had some problems, which I want to name here first. First of all, because of the really tiny hairclips, the plaits can fall out of the wig sometimes. You just need to clip them in again, but for some photos it was a bit annoying as we wanted to take a picture in a bush with the hair of the plaits spreaded out of the branches. Furthermore, there we saw that the plaits are really thin, which as I said fits to the character, but was not that good for pictures with a big focus on the hair. Also the colour gradient of the wig was sometimes not that visible on the pictures, which only is a little critic, because all in all the wig has a really good quality. Furthermore I need to say that the results of the shooting were nonetheless breathtaking, just because of the bright colours of the wig.
4. For the everyday use, I only can add positiv points. The hair of the wig didn’t become matted and for me this is a very important point, because so many hairclip wigs are getting destroyed by wearing the plaits unbraided, but here wasn’t a problem. The wig doesn’t lose the brightness over the day and looks really professional. The hair seems more like real hair, because it doesn’t shine like plastic hair normally does. If you style the wig, everything rest in position, just use a bit hairspray.
5. All in all, one can say that this wig is for it’s price really the best one. For about 22€ you get a wig which you can style as you want, use for a very popular character, wear it to a convention/shooting/everday use and it even looks very colourful and real and not like a cheap wig. It think the negativ points, which I’ve mentioned here, are just some things for an improvement and here I would also pay a bit more. So I personnally can just recommend this wig to every person, who wants to cosplay Tohru. Rolecosplay created a really good wig for a really nice prize and this offer is definitly worth it.
