Put the wig on the model.
Use wax to separate the approximate hair piece block.
Reinforce the styling with a straight hair clips. Let the boundaries more visible.
Prune according to the partitioned blocks and pinch out the shape with hair wax.
Use U glue to make it more obvious and fix the modelling.
